Welcome to AdAxis ("AdAxis", "we", "us", or "our"), a SaaS platform available at https://ad-axis.com.

AdAxis helps advertisers discover and analyze YouTube creators and channels. AdAxis does not handle direct payments between advertisers and creators.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use AdAxis for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use AdAxis for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Do not scrape, copy, resell, or misuse platform data except as expressly allowed.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits.
  • Do not use AdAxis to spam, harass, or improperly contact creators or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

AdAxis, including its software, branding, design, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Services

AdAxis may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment services including Paddle. We are not responsible for downtime or failures caused by those providers.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable charges and any recurring billing shown at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdAxis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using AdAxis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us or others.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules.
